The receipt email is automatically sent to participants after they complete checkout and payment. Tikkl provides a default template, but you can personalize it with event-specific instructions, streaming details, or guidelines for attendees.
Examples of content you may want to include:
Ticket delivery details
Refund or cancellation policy
Geo-coded ticket information
Replay or VOD availability
How to watch on TV (HDMI or casting)
Single-device access reminders
A thank-you note or event-specific message
To customize your receipt email:
Go to your Org Admin Panel.
Open the Design Event Campaign page for your event.
Click the Receipt Email tab.
Click the Edit button to open the email template.
Modify the content as needed.
Save your changes.
Your customized message will be included in every receipt email sent to participants.
