Campaign Settings contains specific setup details for your event. Review each item carefully to ensure your event is configured correctly.
Campaign Title – The name of your event. You may have added it on the Landing Page, but you can update it here.
Event Type (In-person, Virtual, Hybrid) – Select the format of your event; Virtual/Hybrid events will require a stream type.
Stream Type – Choose VC Only, On-Demand, Live, or Live+Replay for virtual or hybrid events.
Campaign URL – Create a unique URL using letters, digits, and hyphens (no spaces).
Extra Participation Tags – Add tags to mark all participants for internal tracking or segmentation.
Additional Payment – Enable and configure an extra payment/donation request during checkout.
User Cart Expiry Time – Set how long the buyer’s cart remains active before expiring.
Max Tickets per Transaction – Set the maximum number of tickets a user can buy in one order.
Attendee Wall – Enable or disable public display of participant names on your event site.
Campaign Category – Assign your event to a category for your microsite. Create categories under Org Settings.
Campaign Access – Set the visibility for your event (Public, Public with gated participation, Private via URL, or Private via invitation).
Access Options – Require users to log in to participate, if needed.
Terms and Conditions – Add a T&C title and content. Buyers must accept this before checkout.
Health Policy – Add health guidelines for in-person events. A default template is available.
User Comments – Choose whether to accept, moderate, or hide comments on the event page.
Time Zone – Set the timezone for the entire campaign.
Campaign Schedule – Set the run/retire date and optionally restrict participation to a custom window.
Effective Fees – View Tikkl platform fees and card processing fees for this campaign.
Accept Payments In – Select the currency for the campaign.
Pass Ticket Fees to the Buyer – Choose whether fees are absorbed by the organizer or passed to the buyer.
Tax Settings – Use your Org-wide tax settings or override them for this campaign.
Email Sender – Set the default sender name and email for campaign communications.
Email Notifications – Enable notifications for participation, comments, and daily/weekly campaign summaries.
Webhook Notifications – Set up webhook endpoints to receive real-time updates (if used by your organization).
