You can create a dedicated FAQ tab for your event by adding a custom tab to your campaign’s Landing Page. This lets you display answers to common attendee questions directly on your event microsite.
To create a FAQ tab:
Go to your Org Admin Panel.
Open the Design Event Campaign page for your event.
Go to the Landing Page tab.
Scroll to the Additional Tabs section and click edit.
Click + Add Tab.
Enter a Tab Name (for example: FAQ).
Keep “This is a collection of sub-tabs” unchecked so it acts as a regular content tab.
Add your FAQ content in the editor.
Click Create to save.
This feature is available on Pro Event, Event Series, and Conference campaigns.

You can copy, paste, and customize these sections for your event.
Ticketing
No cancellations, exchanges, or refunds, unless specified by the organizers.
Every attendee must have a ticket.
Virtual events on Tikkl Stream may be geo-coded; ensure you purchase the ticket appropriate for your location.
Tickets are delivered instantly via email. Check Promotions and Spam if you don’t find them.
For in-person events: show the ticket barcode on your phone or a printed copy at check-in.
For virtual events: look for tickets with the Join Event button. If your email app prevents clicking, copy the URL below the button and paste it into a browser.
Each Tikkl Stream ticket allows one device connection at a time. A second login will disconnect the first within two minutes.
Streaming on Tikkl Stream
Replay may be available after the live event until <date>, with a watch period of <hours>.
Video On Demand (VOD): available for a fixed period; once you start watching, you must finish within the watch window.
Tikkl Stream automatically adjusts video quality based on internet speed.
Recommended speed: 3 Mbps minimum; 7 Mbps for HD (1080p).
Watching on TV: connect your laptop via HDMI or cast your Chrome tab.
Use the Do Not Disturb icon to mute or unmute chat and notifications.
Troubleshooting on Tikkl Stream
If you have audio or video issues:
Check that your internet speed is consistently 3 Mbps or higher.
If unstable, click Auto on the player and choose a lower resolution.
Reload the browser page and rejoin.
Try copy-pasting the ticket link into a Chrome browser instead of clicking from an app.
Switch to another device (laptop, tablet, or mobile) running the latest OS.
