How to clone a campaign?

You can duplicate any existing event campaign on Tikkl using the Clone Campaign option. This creates a new campaign with the same design and settings, without copying participant or registration data.

To clone a campaign:

1. Go to your Org Admin Panel.

2. Open Events & Promo Campaigns.

3. Find the campaign you want to clone and click the gear/settings icon on the right.

4. Click Clone Campaign.

5. Enter a new Campaign Title and new Campaign URL.

6. (Optional) Check Keep event schedule and ticket sales schedule if you want to copy the existing event and pricing schedule.

7. Click Submit.

This will create a new campaign based on the original.

Cloning from within a campaign

You can also clone a campaign from its Dashboard or Design Event Campaign page:

1. Click the gear/settings icon at the top right.

2. Select Clone Campaign.

3. Follow the same steps above to name and configure the cloned campaign.

About cloning

• If you keep the schedule, the event schedule and ticket sales schedule will be copied to the new campaign.

• If you do not keep the schedule, the cloned campaign will show TBD for event schedule, and pricing/ticketing schedules will be empty.

• Participation data (registrations, tickets, submissions) is not copied.
