How to manage Inventory?

Tikkl allows you to manage inventory whether your event has assigned seating or open seating (no seat numbers). You can use seating zones to control capacity and ensure tickets draw from the correct inventory limits.

If your event uses Assigned Seating

• Define the range of seat numbers for each seating or price zone (e.g., A:1–A:50).

• Tikkl will automatically track availability based on those seat ranges.

• Each ticket sold pulls from the assigned seats in that zone.

If your event does NOT use Assigned Seating

You can still manage capacity with seating zones:

• Create zones such as VIP, Premium, General, Standing, etc.

• Set an inventory limit for each zone.

• Create multiple ticket types under a single zone — for example:

  • Early Bird VIP

  • VIP

  • Group VIP

All these ticket types will pull from the same VIP zone inventory, ensuring your capacity is accurate.

Real-time inventory tracking

Your Event Campaign Dashboard shows:

• Seats/tickets available

• Seats/tickets sold

• Seats/tickets currently held in carts by site visitors

This gives you real-time visibility into your event capacity.
