To add an event or show and the tickets, go to Org's Admin page > Design Event Campaign > Ticketing tab.
- For Conference and Pro Event campaigns, the Ticketing tab will open the Event Ticketing page to add your single event
- For Event Series and Basic Event campaigns, click "+ Add Show / Event & Tickets" link on the Ticketing tab to add your event. You can add multiple events by clicking on the link
On the Event Ticketing page, add:
- Event name - specific to the particular event
- Short Code Name - used for internal reports
- Additional Event Details - enter further information about this show / event, for your viewers, optional
- Event Schedule - setup event date and time. It can be single day, multiple days (date range), or TBD (if dates are not decided yet)
- Time Zone settings - setup a different timezone for the event or keep the same as the campaign
- Restrict Ticket Sales Period - setup ticket sales period restriction date and time. It is optional
- Splash Image for Tikkl Live Player (for Tikkl Live virtual events) - you can add a banner image for this event's Tikkl live player background. By default we will use campaign's banner or photo image
- Venue (for in person events) - select the venue for this event (already setup in the venue tab), if venue is not setup, it can be TBD
- Inventory: Max Attendee Limit - setup maximum attendee limit for the event
- Inventory: Seating Zones (for in person events) - manage inventory by dividing total seats into one or more seating zones such as VIP, Front Row, General, etc. (create and assign seating zones from the inventory)
- Ticket Types - each ticket type can have the following options:
- Ticket Type - enter ticket type name
- Seating Zone (for in person events) - allocate seating zones from the inventory for each ticket type. You can then sell multiple tickets such as VIP, Early Bird VIP, Group VIP, etc. from the inventory allocated to the seating zone
- Sales Period - setup sales period (date and time range within the restricted ticket sales period) for each ticket type, this could be helpful if you are planning Early Bird Sales
- Bundle Min - bundle minimum number of tickets per ticket type
- Price - setup the price for each ticket type. Each ticket type can have different pricing based on sales period, seating zones, discounted tickets etc.
- Inv. Max - set inventory max for each ticket type
- Ticket Fees - set a custom per ticket fee to pass to the buyer per ticket type
- Ticket Description - enter ticket description for each ticket type
- Ticket specific Note for Macro - add a ticket specific note (that will be expanded by the macro in your receipt email)
- Combo Ticket Settings - setup combo tickets (season pass/ festival pass) by choosing two or more ticket types (for multiple events)
- Limit the number of tickets that may be purchased in a single transaction
