Do artists need to get tickets to watch their show?

Yes, artists need tickets to watch their shows. Everyone needs a ticket to watch the show, including admins and Tikkl support.

However, as an admin you can give them a complimentary ticket.

To send complimentary tickets, while logged in as admin:

• Go to buy a ticket on the campaign website and on the checkout page, you will see a pencil icon next to Discount. Click on the icon, and set the discount - you can apply 100% discount or edit it.
•  Fill in their name and email address and check the box that says "Process this transaction for a customer, not for myself." in the Admin section of Payment.
• Make sure all terms and conditions are checked and place the order.
• The complementary ticket will be emailed to the artist.
