The Tikkl Check-in mobile app allows event organizers and ushers to scan and check in ticket holders quickly at the venue. Multiple ushers can use the app simultaneously.
Download the Tikkl Check-in App
- iOS: Tikkl Check-in on the App Store
- Android: Tikkl Check-in on Google Play
Step 1: Add Your Event
Open the Tikkl Check-in App.
Tap Add Event.
Enter the Event Access Code.
You can find the Event Access Code on your Event Campaign Dashboard under the Ticket Check-In section.
Optionally, you may enter your name, gate, or location for tracking purposes.
Step 2: Enter Check-in Mode
Select the event you just added.
Verify the event name and details, especially if there are multiple events or sessions.
Step 3: Load and Update Tickets
Tickets will automatically download to the device.
The list will update automatically when new tickets are purchased or checked in by other ushers.
You can also pull down the screen to manually refresh the ticket list.
If there is no internet connection, the app will still work using the tickets already downloaded. However, check-ins will not sync across devices until connectivity is restored.
Step 4: Start Checking In Attendees
Tap Start Check-in.
Scan the QR code on a printed or mobile ticket or search for the attendee by name or email
Once scanned, the ticket will be marked as checked in.
If a ticket is scanned twice, the app will display an error message indicating the ticket has already been checked in.
Step 5: Undo a Check-in
If a ticket is checked in accidentally:
Tap Undo Check-in at the bottom of the screen.
Note: You can only undo a check-in while you remain on the check-in screen. Once you leave that screen, the check-in cannot be reversed.
