How Tikkl Handles Security

How we handle security  on the Tikkl platform:

 

1. Transactions

• All Tikkl pages are secured and encrypted using HTTPS / 128-bit SSL encryption. This includes user interactions on event pages including payment pages as well as video streams.
• Tikkl is PCI compliant and never stores credit card information. In fact, during purchase, credit card details bypass Tikkl servers and are directly sent to the payment processor.

2. In-Person Events

• Tikkl Check-in mobile app ensures that tickets are scanned only once.

3. Virtual Events

• For virtual events, every viewer must have a ticket to the event, whether paid or free.
• Each ticket provides single access to the event.
• No URLS are shared around; access is through click-to-join buttons on virtual tickets.
• Organizers can enable geo-fencing on the Live event page, enforcing access only from certain countries / geographic zones.
• Video streams are disabled from playing elsewhere or being downloaded.
