How to add automatic pending order reminders?

Tikkl does not send automatic reminders for pending or incomplete orders.

Since Tikkl does not require users to log in to purchase tickets, we do not track or store the data needed to send automated pending-order reminders.

How to send reminder emails manually

Event admins can still follow up with invitees manually:

1. Go to your Org Admin Panel.

2. Open your event under Manage Event Campaign.

3. Go to the Emails tab.

4. Use Compose New Email → All who have not participated to send a reminder to invitees who were previously invited but have not purchased tickets.

This allows you to send targeted reminders even though automatic pending-order reminders are not available.
