We understand that if you have bought an in person ticket instead of virtual, or you have bought an India ticket instead of International (Global/ Worldwide/ US) or another similar situation, you may want to exchange the ticket.
While most event organizers have a no cancellation, exchanges, or refunds policy, they may be able to help you on a case by case basis. Note that there may be a fee charged by the organizer and / or Tikkl to process your request.

If you would like to change a ticket, send the ticket buyer/ registrant a promo code to get a new ticket and ask the Tikkl HelpDesk to cancel the old ticket. Note that Tikkl charges a processing fee for such requests, please check our pricing page for further information. You may decide to pass or absorb this fee.
- If the old and new ticket prices are same and you choose to absorb Tikkl’s ticket exchange processing fee, give the ticket-holder a one-time-use promo code for 100% discount.
- If the new ticket is priced higher than the old ticket or the ticket-holder has to pay extra due to ticket exchange processing fees, give the ticket-holder a one-time-use promo code for the appropriate amount of discount such that he/she pays the additional amount.
- If the new ticket is priced lower than the old ticket, and the ticket-buyer has to be refunded money even after accounting for ticket exchange processing fees, give the ticket-holder a one-time-use promo code for 100% discount and refund the price differential from your payment gateway account. If you are using Tikkl’s payment gateway, contact Tikkl HelpDesk to process the refund.
