To add a ticket specific request in your receipt email, please use the "Ticket specific Note for Macro" in the Ticket type section of your event.
Please follow the steps below:
- From the Admin site, go to Design Event Campaign > Ticketing tab
- Click Edit button for the event you would like to add the request
- Scroll down to the Ticket Type section and click on gear icon to select edit for the specific ticket type
- Scroll to 'Ticket specific Note for Macro' and add the request content
- Save the changes and update the event
This ticket specific note will be expanded by the macro [campaign:ticket_specific_note] in your receipt email.
