Yes, admin can reset replay for a ticket from the transaction page. This is only possible for events streaming on our Tikkl Stream player (Live, Live+Replay, Video On Demand).
Log in to admin page of your campaign > Go to Manage Event Campaign > Transactions > Open the transaction that requires a replay reset > scroll down to Registrations section > for the ticket you want to reset replay, go to the session from SESSION REPLAY DETAILS > click on "reset expiry" button
This will reset the replay of that session to start again. The replay terms will remain the same.
