Yes you can.
The Org Admin can customize the receipt email that is sent to the participant upon registration (purchasing of ticket), the event reminder or other informational emails to the participants.
- To customize receipt emails, go to Org Admin page > Design Event Campaign of your event campaign > Receipt Email - Click the edit button on the right side to open the email template > edit and customize with personalized information
- To customize reminder emails or other participation emails, go to Org Admin page > Manage Event Campaign > Emails > Click Compose Email and choose the email type you want to compose personalized details
