Tikkl provides the Org admin the facility to resend a ticket, in case the customer requests for one.
To resend a ticket:
- Go to the org's admin site and click on Events and Promo Campaigns tab to show the list of your campaigns. Find and click the campaign/ event link for which you need to resend the ticket.
- From the Manage Event Campaign Dashboard page of your campaign/ event, click on Transactions tab to show the list of transactions for the event.
- Search by customer name or email address to find the transaction. Click on the transaction to select and go to the transaction details.
- Click on email/print receipt & ticket button on the Transaction Details page to go to the ticket receipt page. Click on Send Ticket button, check and fill in the correct email address, and click on Submit button to resend the ticket to the customer.
