To watch a virtual event on Tikkl Stream, please make sure you have the following system setup:
- System Requirements: Windows 7 or higher or MacOS Sierra (10.12.6) or higher
- Supported desktop browsers:
- Google Chrome 30+
- Mozilla Firefox 27+
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari 9+
- Supported mobile browsers: Android (Lollipop) version 5.0+ or iOS version 12.4+
Planning to watch on TV:
Please connect your laptop or computer to the TV using a HDMI cable for the best viewing.
Alternatively, you can Chromecast the screen from your browser's cast options.
Note: Casting from the Tikkl video player has not been enabled.
Network Bandwidth:
Default is to set it Auto, which will maximize the speed for your current connection.
But if you want to change it, here are some tips for the minimum bandwidth required for each playback quality.
Quality Required Minimum Bandwidth
240p 500 kbps
360p 1 Mbps
720p 3 Mbps
1080p 7 Mbps
2K 12 Mbps
4K & up 22 Mbps
Firewalls and Whitelisted Domains:
Viewers should ensure the following ports are open on their network for playback:
- TCP/UDP 80 (HTTP)
- TCP/UDP 443 (HTTPS)
For viewers watching from a network that has a firewall service in place, such as a school or a corporation, that restricts access to certain websites or domains, they may need to whitelist a few domains in order for them to watch the live event:

- *.vimeo.com
- *.vimeocdn.com
- *.magisto.com
- *.akamaized.net
- *.cloudfront.net
