Can I import tickets we have sold outside of Tikkl?

Yes, Tikkl enables the organizer to import participant details of tickets already purchased, by uploading a file in CSV or Excel format with specific columns in a specified order. 

To import tickets follow the steps below:

Go to Design Event Campaign of your campaign -> click the Ticketing tab -> click the gear/settings icon at the right corner of a ticket -> click Import Tickets and follow the instructions to upload the file with the participant details and import it to our system.

Once the file is imported, new tickets from Tikkl's system can be generated and sent to the participants.
