Can I give complimentary/ free tickets?

Yes, Tikkl enables the admin of the organisation to give complimentary (free) tickets by giving 100% discount at the time of ticket purchase.

This feature is enabled when the org admin purchases the ticket on behalf of the event goer, and applies the admin discount in the cart, during checkout, at the time of purchase.

To apply discount:

• Click on Edit Discount icon in the cart
• Then click on Apply 100% Discount. This will zero out the cart total and make your ticket free of cost
• Fill in the customer's name, email address and any other information required, check the terms and Conditions and any other required checkboxes, and click on Place Order
• The free ticket will be sent to the customer's email address as entered by you from [e-mail]
