Tikkl enables organizers to customize the emails sent to attendees and invitees.
The Org Admin can customize the receipt email that is sent to the attendee upon registration (purchasing of ticket), the reminder emails to the participants, and the invitation emails to new invitees.
- To customize receipt emails, on the Org Admin page -> Click the Events & Promo Campaigns tab -> Click your event -> Click the Design Event Campaign tab -> Click the Receipt Email tab -> Click the edit button on the right side to open the email template -> edit and customize with personalized information.
- To customize invitations and reminder emails, on the Org Admin page -> Click the Events & Promo Campaigns tab -> Click your event -> Click the Manage Event Campaign tab -> Click the Emails tab -> Click Compose Email and choose the email type (new invitees, participants, etc.) you want to compose and customize it with personalized details.
