Personalized information for each ticket holder, like food allergies, food preferences if it is a dine in event, any assistance or support for the differently abled, etc. can be captured for each event goer by the per-ticket question. This will enable the event organizer to provide personal attention to the participants and thereby getting better reviews.
To create a per-ticket question, follow the steps below:
On the Org Admin page -> Click the Events & Promo Campaigns tab -> Click your event -> Click the Design Event Campaign tab -> click the Questionnaire Form tab -> click the Add Field on the Per-Ticket Questionnaire Form to add your question for each ticket.
