We, however, recommend you use the Tikkl Check-In app available for free download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Your Tikkl Manage Event Campaign Dashboard displays the access code you will need to download tickets information for the event.
- Any number of ushers can use the app simultaneously.
- If you have downloaded the tickets to your phone, you can scan regardless of wifi or internet access. However, all ushers will not be in sync. If you have wifi or internet access, all ushers will be in sync and you can refresh your tickets on the go to pick up any new purchases which will be available to scan immediately.
- You can choose to scan individual tickets or scan a group of tickets purchased together with one scan. This setting can be set on the campaign dashboard.
